Anti-aging Methods In Real Life

Is It True that Resveratrol Have Anti-Aging Effects?

Resveratol is a natural occurring antioxidant compound found primarily in red wine. Its base is originated from several plants that produce phytoalexin when attacked by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi. When tested upon animals, it has been proven that this chemical does in fact increase the life span of the animal but this has only been proven effective with rats and mice. Does it work for humans too? Can it serve as an anti aging product?

To test the effectiveness of this product, it would be necessary to study its subject for a long period of time. By long, I do not mean a year or two but between ten to fifteen years instead. It is important to do so because the use of Resveratrol is endless and almost has no boundaries due to its natural properties.

Research shows that the key to Resveratrol’s effects on the body are in the substances ability to work at a cellular level to increase the production of mitochondria. Mitochondrion is an organelle that works in the body to supply the individual with energy. When research was done with mice, it was found that the excessive mitochondria helps the species to burn fat and optimize muscle functions. Hence, Resveratrol can be used to lower the obesity rates but no so much in the anti aging department.

Aging is part of growing older and as we age, so does our skin. it is impossible to prevent wrinkles, fine lines and visible age but it is possible to slow down the process. Resveratrol does have minor anti aging effects as it is a natural antioxidant which cleans out our blood vessels. This lows down aging of cells in your body. Its anti-mutant and anti-inflammatory properties, helps reduce chances of cancer and cardiac disease as well.

In addition to that, statistics show that when Resveratrol is consumed in large amounts in its purest form, it can produce many uncomfortable side effects. Users have reported that these include an increase in blood pressure, a high feeling like one would experience when they’ve consumed too much caffeine and insomnia that occurs at varying times causing fatigue, sleepiness, dizziness and migraines. But these symptoms only last for a week or two and then it fades away.

To sum it up, it can be said that consuming small amounts of Resveratrol in wine or grapes can benefit your health and immune system but it would inadvisable to take in large amounts as it can bare uncomfortable effects. Also, it does help in anti aging but in a very small portion. To avoid age being visible on the surface, it would help to detoxify your insides by drinking a lot of water and adding bigger portions of fruits and vegetables to your daily diet. Also, invest in creams and products that have tried and tested users who have agreed that it works for them. Lastly, don’t forget to cleanse tone and moisturize.
